One of the oldest companies in Rugby , starting in 1935 with magneto manufacture and remetalling of engine bearings.

By the outset of world war two the company supplied the MOD with electrical assemblies and engine components. We continued to expand throughout the 1950's and 60's, supplying control and distribution assemblies for English Electric and AEI.

By 1970 the electrical business had expanded beyond the capacity of the May Lane premises, and moved to our current site.

We remain a traditional company with some 3500 square feet of space for design, manufacturing and testing.
